Job Title: Software Engineer

Location: Nashville, TN (Hybrid - On-site 3 days per week)

Salary: Up to $130,000 per year

Job Description: We are seeking a talented and experienced Software Engineer to join our team. This hybrid role requires the candidate to work on-site in our Nashville office for 3 days per week. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in .Net Core, Azure DevOps, X12 Transactions, and EDI. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work on exciting projects and contribute to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications using .Net Core.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Utilize Azure DevOps for continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.
  • Work with X12 Transactions and EDI to support business processes.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing software applications.
  • Ensure code quality and maintainability through best practices and code reviews.
  • Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation within the team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience with .Net Core.
  • Strong experience with Azure DevOps.
  • Familiarity with X12 Transactions and EDI.
  • Proficient in C#, SQL, and related technologies.
  • Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with cloud platforms, particularly Azure.
  • Knowledge of microservices architecture.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience in the healthcare or logistics industry.
