Description: Our client is currently seeking an Information Security Analyst.

$57/hr on W2 (No C2C at this time)

12+ Month Contract based out of:

Cyber Resilience Expertise:
  • Proven track record in cyber resiliency groups/organizations.
  • Proficient in supporting business continuity projects, specifically BCP (Business Continuity Planning).
  • Extensive experience using NIST-aligned templates for documenting critical data and databases.
  • Adept at preparing companies for cyber events/attacks by implementing comprehensive backup strategies.
Project Management Proficiency:

  • Seasoned project manager with a history of successful project delivery.
  • Skilled in orchestrating meetings, scheduling sessions, and leading stand-ups efficiently.
Job Overview:

  • We seek an Information Security Analyst to enrich our client's Cyber Security organization, specializing in the Cyber Resiliency group. This role involves elevating cyber resiliency maturity, instigating thoughtful cyber event consideration among applications, and meticulously documenting and scheduling related plans and exercises.
The Ideal Candidate Possesses:

  • Robust expertise in Business Continuity Planning processes.
  • A background marked by engagement in Cyber Resiliency activities.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage multiple concurrent deliverables effectively.
  • Proficiency in articulating progress to senior leadership.
  • Capability to secure buy-in from application teams, ensuring prioritized engagement.
  • Strong technical knowledge in tech stack/application architecture.

Responsibilities:
  • Initiate contact with assigned applications, guide them through an intake process, and facilitate onboarding calls.
  • Establish initial templates for applications, elucidate tasks, and commit to timely delivery.
  • Schedule and conduct meetings with application teams to discuss ongoing tasks.
  • Participate in daily team stand-ups, providing updates on progress, identifying roadblocks, and outlining planned work.
  • Utilize Cut Over as the system of record for templates.
  • Employ Microsoft Teams, Jira, SharePoint for day-to-day operations.
In addition to the aforementioned skills, successful candidates should possess:

  • CBCP (Certified Business Continuity Professional)
  • CDRP (Certified Disaster Recovery Professional)
