Requirements:

  • Required Certifications: BLS
  • Required Skills: Home Health, Adaptive Devices, AROM/AAROM/PROM, Assistive Devices, Body Mechanics, Identifying Environmental Barriers, Pain assessment, Sensory response, Skin integrity, Strength testing, Vital Signs, Assessment, Discharge, RUG Levels, Short Term Goals, Time Management, Crutches, Gait belt, Hoyer lift, Lower extremity prosthetics, Rolling Walker, Shoulder slings, Sit to stand lift, Sliding boards, Soft/Hard collars, Standard Walker, Supplemental Oxygen, Upper extremity prosthetics, Wheelchair Assessment, Gait training, Prosthetic training, Taping, Total hip replacement, Total knee replacement, Ultrasound, Home Exercise Program, Lifting and transfer, Patient family education, Scheduling appointments, Telephone calls

Job Details:

  • Pay: $1459.22/week - $1684.49/week
  • Assignment Length: 13-week assignment
  • Shift: 5, 8-Hour 08:00 - 16:30
  • At least one year of experience required
