Job Description:

Soliant is seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team for a school-based position. This role involves working with students to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders. Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and evaluations of students' speech and language abilities.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' communication needs.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of therapy sessions and progress.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational plans.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Valid state licensure or ability to obtain licensure in CA.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but CFs are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a school environment.
