Preparing and dispensing medication under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist, following strict safety protocols.2. Accurately mixing and measuring medication, maintaining meticulous records of dosages and instructions.3. Assisting in the development and implementation of pharmacy procedures and best practices to improve patient outcomes.4. Collaborating with healthcare professionals to optimize drug therapy for patients.5. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician in an inpatient setting.2. Certification as a Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) from an accredited program.3. Proficiency in pharmacy systems and software.4. A strong understanding of pharmaceutical calculations, medical terminology, and pharmacology.5.
