About The Position
Position: Women's Health Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
Location: Virginia
Job Type: Outpatient (Only)
Hours:
Four 8-hour days in the office/clinic setting weekly
8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
No inpatient or evening call coverage required
Patient Volume:
20 patients per day
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive care for OB/GYN patients in an outpatient clinic setting
See both new and established patients
Work autonomously while having a supervising MD available for questions
Collaborate with a team of two midwives or a combination of midwives and/or NP/PAs
Qualifications:
Certification as a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with a focus on Women's Health
Board Certification/Eligibility not required
Experience in OB/GYN patient care is preferred
Proficiency in using eClinical Works EMR
