**Join Our Team at Soliant Education**

We are thrilled to announce an opening for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Las Vegas, NV. This position is open to new graduates, including SLP Clinical Fellows (CF) and those with CCC. Experience with AAC devices is not required.

### **Position Overview:**
As an SLP, you will assess, diagnose, and treat students with communication disorders. You will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students' lives while developing your skills in a supportive environment.

### **Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify communication disorders.
- Create and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide direct therapy services to enhance students communication abilities.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to promote student success.
- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing insights on student progress.

### **Qualifications:**
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
- Valid state licensure as an SLP in Nevada (or eligibility for CF).
- Open to new graduates (SLP CF or CCC).
- No prior AAC device experience required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
