About The Position
ID: 49685167 Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (07:00 - 15:30) Description: IR TECH - 40 HRS DAY M-FShift: Days 7-1530 PM//40 hours weeklyIR TechOn Call: Call every other week Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 1530-2200 and Saturday 0800-1600Holiday Requirement: Every other holidayCerts Required: MD license, RT-R ARRT, ACLS, BLSSpecial Procedures: Scrub for IR, vascular, and pain procedures. They need to be able to work the Philips azurion C arm and the portable C armSkill Required: Interventional Radiology, PACS, Angioplasty, Embolization, Inferior Vena Cava (IVC) filter placement, Liver Biopsy, Mesenteric Angiogram, Paracentesis, Stent placement, Thoracentesis, Catheter/drain exchange, Internal/external biliary drainage, Renal Artery Stent Placement, Ureteral Stent Placement, Carotid Angiography, Discogram, Embolization, Stent placement, Thrombolysis/Thrombectomy, Angioplasty, Carotid Stenting, Dialysis Graft interventions (fistulograms/declots), Endovascular Interventions, Upper and Lower Extremity Angiography, Thrombolysis/Thrombectomy, Central Venous Access (non-Tunneled/PICC lines), Siemens, Accurate monitoring, Equipment set up, Perform EKG lead placement, Prep access site, Recognition of life-threatening arrhythmias, Scrub- maintain sterile field, GE/Philips azurion C-arm/portable C arm /contrast, cernerSkills Preferred: Computed tomography, Ultrasound, IV startsLocal Rate within 50 miles: See AMRequired to float within units of equivalent or lower level of acuity.Scrubs ProvidedType of Facility: Short Term Acute CareMagnet Certified Modified 12:00:00 AM Account Manager: Terri Castro Account Manager Email: COVID-19 Vaccine: Not Required Flu Vaccine: Required - No Exemptions Submittal Details: #Tier2 Travel ComplianceRTO - RTO must be on the submittal and cannot be changed once the profile has been sent to the manager for review. **Please ensure all RTO is for the full 13 weeks for each submittal** Amount of RTO: Please, no more than 7 days of RTO per 13 week contract - highly preferred. No RTO the first two weeks of an assignment.
