Soliant Education is currently seeking a passionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Belfair, WA. This full-time, hourly contracted position involves working in a school setting, providing vital services to students with diverse needs. Key Responsibilities:
  • Assessment & Diagnosis: Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate students' speech, language, and communication needs.
  • Treatment Planning: Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and student needs.
  • Therapy Services: Provide therapy to improve students' speech, language, and communication skills.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to integrate therapy goals into the classroom.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of students' progress and therapy sessions.
  • IEP Participation: Attend and contribute to IEP meetings, helping to develop and review individualized education programs.
  • Professional Development: Stay current with best practices and continuing education to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
Qualifications:
  • Educational Requirements: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Licensure: Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Washington.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a school setting is preferred but not required.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment, commitment to high-quality service delivery.
