Keeping abreast of changes in laws and regulations that may impact our clients and their business operations.Job DetailsQualificationsTo be considered for this role, you should possess the following qualifications:1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.2. Membership in good standing with a state Bar.3. A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial litigation, with a proven track record of success.4. Proficient in litigation and legal research tools.5. Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills.6. Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines without compromising on quality.7. Strong understanding of business operations and commercial laws.8. High ethical standards and professionalism in dealing with clients, colleagues, and the court.9.
