Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Great Falls, MT

Soliant is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to become part of our school-based team in Great Falls, MT. As an SLP with us, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the lives of those with communication and swallowing challenges.

Job Overview:

Position: Speech-Language Pathologist
Employment Type: Full-time
Contract Length: Immediate start through end of school year
Location: Great Falls, MT area

Key Responsibilities:
Perform thorough evaluations to identify speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
Create personalized treatment plans tailored to students' needs, goals, and research-backed strategies.
Administer therapeutic sessions including speech and language therapy, voice and fluency exercises, and swallowing therapy.
Employ various methods and approaches to improve communication abilities, speech clarity, and language comprehension and expression.
Work closely with families, caregivers, and other professionals to provide comprehensive support for students with communication disorders.
Track and record progress regularly, modify treatment plans as required, and continuously evaluate therapy outcomes.

Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP.
Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) is a plus.
Prior experience working with diverse populations and age groups is preferred.
Solid understanding of assessment tools, treatment techniques, and evidence-based practices in speech-language pathology.
