Soliant Education is currently seeking General Education Teachers to join our team for the 2024-2025 school year. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of students, working full-time on-site to deliver high-quality instruction.

Position Details:

• School Year: This position is for the 2024-2025 school year, providing continuity and stability for students and staff.
• Full-Time: This is a full-time position, requiring 37.5 hours per week of dedicated service to the school community.
• Onsite Only: Candidates must be willing to work onsite, providing face-to-face instruction and support to students within the school setting.
• Caseload Inquiry: We encourage candidates to inquire about caseloads during the interview process to ensure alignment with their preferences and expertise.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and differentiated instruction to meet the diverse needs of students.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student learning and development.
• Assess student progress and provide timely feedback to support academic growth and achievement.
• Collaborate with colleagues, administrators, and parents to support student success and address individual needs.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practices and stay informed about best practices in education.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Valid state teaching certification in South Carolina or eligibility for certification.
• Experience working with students in a classroom setting, preferably in the grade level or subject area of interest.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and lifelong learning.
