Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00am - 5:00pm

Location: Tempe, AZ


Job Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct incoming calls; greet visitors professionally.
  • Handle inquiries, provide information, and offer administrative support.
  • Process correspondence, schedule appointments, and maintain organized filing systems.
  • Process credit card payments and perform various clerical tasks.
  • Train as a backup for Customer Service, including order entry, customer history research, and scheduling.


Ideal Candidate:

  • Job stability demonstrated on resume *REQUIRED*
  • 3+ years of Administrative/Clerical experience *REQUIRED*
  • 3+ years of Customer Service experience *REQUIRED*
  • Proficient in English, including grammar and spelling.
  • Strong communication skills across all staff levels.
  • Basic math skills and understanding of numbers.
  • Familiarity with administrative procedures and office systems.
