Soliant Health is currently seeking multiple SLPs to join a prestigious school district in Marshall, MI for the upcoming school year. Position Details:

  • Title: Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Employment Type: Full-Time (37.5 hours per week)
  • Caseload: Primarily K-8
  • Licensure: Active Michigan License required
  • Setting: Remote option available for SLPs with CCC credentials; Onsite for Clinical Fellows (CFY)

Responsibilities:

As an SLP with Soliant Health, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting assessments to identify students' speech and language needs
  • Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
  • Providing therapy services to students, both in groups and individually
  • Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' communication goals
  • Monitoring and documenting students' progress
  • Participating in IEP meetings and providing input on students' goals and accommodations

Qualifications:

To be considered for this position, you must meet the following qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or related field
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) for remote positions
  • Clinical Fellows (CFY) welcome for onsite positions
  • Active Michigan license in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Previous experience working with school-age children is preferred, but not required
