You’ve helped develop many organization-wide software architectures and can not only orchestrate the best solution for any technical challenge, but you can also anticipate future concerns. That’s because you’re a software architect who specializes in software development and delivery. At Booz Allen, you can use those skills to improve the software technology supporting the DoD.

On our team, you'll translate your customer’s software needs and future goals into a plan by developing and implementing effective software design specifications and process improvements. You’ll use the latest software control systems to design an effective software architecture.

In this role, you’ll directly impact the DoD by providing real-time solutions to support warfighters. With your technical expertise, mentoring, and opportunities to learn new tools and skills, you’ll collaborate on a team that develops the best solutions for our customers.

You Have:

  • 3+ years of experience in software development and delivery using higher order languages and web interfaces

  • Experience using front-end and back-end languages to develop complete solutions

  • Experience utilizing and documenting API service buses

  • Experience with Java, Python, or Ruby

  • Experience with agile methodologies

  • Ability to perform and analyze software tests using testing tools

  • TS/SCI clearance

  • Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience using Jtest

  • Experience using Ranorex

  • Experience using CI/CI pipeline for testing

  • Ability to translate client requirements and resolve technical issues

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $67,700.00 to $154,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
