Job Title: Remote School Psychologist

Job Type: Full-Time, Contract

Description:

Soliant is seeking a dedicated and experienced School Psychologist to join our team remotely near Smyrna, TN. As a remote School Psychologist, you will provide essential support to students, parents, and school staff, ensuring the psychological well-being and academic success of all students.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate students' academic, emotional, and behavioral needs.
  • Collaborate with educators, administrators, and parents to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and behavior intervention plans.
  • Provide counseling and support services to students individually or in group settings.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student progress and develop appropriate interventions.
  • Support school-wide initiatives to promote positive behavior and mental health awareness.
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant research and best practices in school psychology.

Qualifications:

  • Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology.
  • Valid state licensure or certification as a School Psychologist in Tennessee.
  • Previous experience working as a School Psychologist in a school setting preferred.
  • Strong assessment, counseling, and consultation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Comfortable using technology for remote assessments and consultations.
