Job Title:Radiology/Cardiology Nuclear Medicine TechJob Specialty:Nuclear Medicine/PET CT TechJob Duration:13 weeksShift:Day 5x8-Hour shift (07:30 - 16:00), Monday to FridayGuaranteed Hours:Not specifiedExperience:Minimum 1 year of experienceLicense:- BLS (AHA)- CA CRT Licensure- CA Venipuncture LicensureCertifications:All certifications must be AHA and in hand at the time of submittalMust-Have:- 1 year of experience- Competency in routine and specialized computerized tomography procedures- Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment- Good communication skills and ability to gain confidence of patients and healthcare providers- Adherence to all local/state/federal regulations and policies- Availability to complete modules during orientationJob Description:- Competently perform routine and specialized computerized tomography procedures to produce quality images for diagnosis and treatment- Work independently, exercise sound judgment, and deliver accurate results in a timely manner- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers- Adhere to all regulations and policies to ensure privacy and safety- May be responsible for specific procedures or orienting other staff membersRequirements:- BLS (AHA)- CA CRT Licensure- CA Venipuncture Licensure- 1 year of experience in the fieldShift:5x 8 Days, Monday to Friday, 07:30 - 16:00On-Call/Weekend Requirement:No call or weekend requirementOrientation:16 hours of non-billable orientation hours
