Qualifications:
MINIMUM EDUCATIONREQUIRED:
Graduate of registry approvedultrasound program or equivalent experience according toIntersocietal Accreditation Commission(IAC).
MINIMUM EXPERIENCEREQUIRED:
None.
MINIMUMLICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY LAW:
BasicCardiac Life Support (BLS) required. Registered as one of thefollowing: Vascular Technologist (RVT) through American Registry ofDiagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS); Registered VascularSonographer (RVS) through the Cardiovascular CredentialInternational (CCI); Registered Technologist Vascular Sonography[RT(VS)]
ADDITIONALQUALIFICATIONS:
Two years of experience in ahospital inpatient, outpatient/ ambulatory setting as a vascularsonographer preferred.
