Occupational Therapist (OT) Federal Way, WA

Soliant Health is seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a dynamic school district in Federal Way, WA. This is a wonderful opportunity to work in a collaborative school setting, helping students build the skills they need to succeed academically and personally.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Active Washington OT license (or eligibility to obtain one)
  • Previous school-based experience is preferred, but not required
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

Position Details:

  • Caseload: K-12 students (specifics to be discussed during the interview)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate students' physical, motor, and sensory needs
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
  • Work closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support students success
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with district and state regulations
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal setting
