Job Description:

Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team.As an SLP, you will work in a school setting, providing vital speech and language services to students, helping them overcome communication challenges, and supporting their academic and social success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct assessments to evaluate speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to students' specific needs.
- Provide direct therapy services to students with speech and language disorders.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student progress.
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and other relevant school meetings.
- Maintain accurate and timely records in accordance with school and district policies.

Qualifications:

- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Valid FLState SLP license or eligibility for licensure.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) is preferred.
- Previous experience working in a school setting is a plus.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
