Job Title: Solar Project Foreman

No C2C

Contract-to-hire 

Location: OH (travel within OH to two different job sites)

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of supervisory experience in C&I solar construction.
  • Proven background in commercial and industrial solar projects.
  • Strong knowledge of solar panel installation and electrical systems, with a focus on safety practices.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Capacity to work independently and make decisions in a dynamic environment.
  • OSHA 30 certification or willingness to obtain prior to employment.
  • NABCEP Certification.
  • Familiarity with project management software like Procore.

  • the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;
