Occupational Therapist

Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) for a full-time, one-month contract position in Florissant, Missouri. This role will primarily focus on providing occupational therapy services to children aged 3-5 years old.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate students' fine motor skills, sensory processing, and functional abilities.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address areas of need and promote independence.
• Provide direct occupational therapy services to preschool-aged children in both individual and group settings.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other members of the educational team to support students' development and participation in classroom activities.
• Monitor progress and adjust intervention strategies as needed to meet students' goals.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Missouri state licensure or eligibility for licensure.
• Experience working with preschool-aged children is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
