The DEI Consultant will lead the Marketplace Pillar of our enterprise-wide strategic plan and increase the proximity of our 20+ Associate Resource Groups (ARGs) to the clients we serve. This includes developing and employing strategies that expand our ARGs focus to include both associate and the client experience.
Summary
Strong candidates for this role will have demonstrated experience developing and executing strategies for Business Resource Groups (BRGs). This includes utilizing market research and segmentation strategies to increase accessibility and connectivity among BRGs and those internal partners who engage our clients such as retail, marketing, corporate communications, CRA, and the First Horizon Foundations. Specifically, we desire someone who is particularly skilled in partnering with others to educate and engage audiences via social selling, social listening and digital technology (email, web, social media, etc).
The DEI Consultant will also increase our company’s collective understanding of DEI-related best practices. This will be accomplished in part by curating a library of relevant content from our resource providers (Gartner, Seramount, McKinsey, etc) and sharing them in engaging ways that are easily consumed by our internal stakeholders.
