Primary Care physician job in New York :

A multi-specialty group in Rockland County is currently seeking a licensed Primary Care Physician to join their growing team

About the Opportunity:

  • Location: Spring Valley
  • Schedule: Flexible 8-12 hour shifts, 37.5 hours/week
  • Call: one week every other month

Responsibilities:

The Primary Care Physician:

  • Provides general medical care to health center patients
  • Supervises nurses and medical assistants in providing medical care to patients
  • Evaluates patient's health status and initiates therapeutic and preventive measures
  • Educates patients by teaching preventative care

Qualifications:

  • Active New York state medical license
  • Board certified in Family/Internal Medicine
Board Certified or Board Eligible Medical Doctor with or w/o US residency with current US work visa.
