Asian Pacific Health Care Venture is seeking a full-time Family Medicine physician to join the dedicated and compassionate team at Los Feliz Health Center. This center serves a culturally diverse patient population with native language support in Spanish, Thai, Filipino, Kmer, Japanese, and other Asian ethnicities as well as Hindi and Bangla. Join a supportive, mission-driven team focused on improving healthcare access for underserved communities.
- Compensation is between $260,000 and $270,000 per year
- Full-time benefits include: 2 weeks PTO, 72 hours personal time, 12 holidays, and 5 paid CME days

- The posted salary reflects a flat starting salary range with merit increases. Total compensation may include a small productivity incentive if providers regularly exceed 3 patients per hour for a month. Full-time providers receive 5 paid CME days and a maximum allowance of $1500. Other benefits are offered by the medical group employer. Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with state law and is subject to variation due to previously noted factors.

Los Feliz Health Center is Asian Pacific Health Care Ventures first and largest community health center. Since opening in 1997, it has grown from four exam rooms to 23, and now employs more than 10 providers. Close to Thai Town in Los Angeles, Los Feliz primarily serves the areas Thai, Filipino and Spanish-speaking communities. With an on-site pharmacy and mobile mammography unit, Los Feliz provides comprehensive health services for all ages, including womens health. It is a gold-certified Patient Centered Medical Home.

Interpretation and translation is provided for patients in many languages, including English, Spanish, Tagalog, Thai, Japanese, Vietnamese, Kmer, Mandarin, Cantonese, Bengali and others. With more than 20 physicians and advanced practice clinicians, APHCV is committed to its mission to provide personalized, culturally accessible, quality health care services.
