Job Description:

Soliant Education is looking for a dedicated and experienced School Psychologist for a full-time, on-site position in the Ament Corners, IL area. This role is available for the 2024-2025 school year, and interviews will be conducted ASAP.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for students.
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) based on assessment results.
  • Provide counseling and support services to students, families, and school staff.
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other professionals to address student needs and enhance educational outcomes.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to student support strategies.
  • Provide crisis intervention and support as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to student evaluations and services.

Qualifications:

  • Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology.
  • Valid School Psychologist certification in the state of Illinois.
  • Previous experience working in a school setting is preferred.
  • Strong assessment, counseling, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.
