What You Will Be Doing
Supervises the interior completion of aircraft to include sub-assemblies, avionics, mechanics, and aircraft production sites. Ensures customer, engineering, and FAA specifications and regulations are met. Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team focused on aircraft sustainment, ensuring the completion of interior systems and components to meet stringent specifications.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency and meet project deadlines without compromising quality.

- Manage training and development of team members, fostering a culture of growth, accountability, and teamwork.

- Conduct performance evaluations, assign tasks, and provide clear guidance to ensure successful project outcomes.

- Handle salary reviews, recognition programs, and, when necessary, disciplinary actions to support a high-performing team.

8 years fixed wing aircraft experience.

Leadership Experience.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
