**About the Position:**
Soliant Health is seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team for the 2024-2025 school year in Reno, NV. We welcome both Clinical Fellows (CF) and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) candidates to apply. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive environment while making a meaningful difference in the lives of students.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students.
- Provide direct therapy services in individual or group settings.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions.
- Stay current with best practices and continuing education requirements in the field of speech-language pathology.

**Qualifications:**
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Nevada.
- ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred, but CF candidates will be considered.
- Previous experience in a school setting is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
