Manage all aspects of insurance defense litigation, including drafting and reviewing pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.2. Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations.3. Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to advise clients on potential risks and legal issues.4. Develop and implement effective litigation strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.5. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies related to insurance defense.6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and provide legal guidance.7. Provide training and mentorship to junior attorneys and paralegals.8. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance laws, industry trends, and best practices.Qualifications:1. Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.2. Must be a licensed attorney in good standing with at least 5 years of experience in insurance defense litigation.3. Proven experience in litigation management and legal compliance.4. Excellent negotiation, advocacy, and problem-solving skills.5. Strong research and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.6. Ability to handle high-pressure situations and manage multiple cases simultaneously.7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.8.
