Job Details for Sanitation Associate I
  • Position: Sanitation Associate I
  • Start Date: October 7th, 2024
  • Schedule:
    • 1st Schedule: Starts at 5:00 AM
    • 2nd Schedule: Starts at 9:00 AM
    • Overtime: Possible
  • Pay Rate: $18.25 per hour
  • Location: Hampshire, IL 60140
  • Type: Contract-to-hire role
Job Responsibilities & Description for Sanitation Associate IAs a Sanitation Associate I, you’ll be responsible for:
  • Cleaning and Sanitization: Maintain cleanliness of all company facilities, including mopping, sweeping, and sanitizing high-traffic areas.
  • Waste Management: Empty garbage bins and keep waste disposal areas clean and organized.
  • Dishwashing and Laundry: Assist with dishwashing and laundering tasks as needed.
  • General Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the facility, including production and warehouse floors.
Note: The work environment is cold (around 34 degrees), so you'll need to be comfortable working in this type of setting.Job Requirements for Sanitation Associate I
  • Experience: 0-3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to handle manual labor, stand for long periods, and work in a cold environment.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain the facility’s cleanliness according to company standards.
  • Team Player: Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
