Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP): Mountain View, CA

Position Overview: As an SLP at our Mountain View location, you will work collaboratively with educators, families, and other specialists to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in children and adolescents. You will have the opportunity to implement therapeutic interventions, create personalized treatment plans, and contribute to the development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to determine speech and language needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students in both individual and group settings.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and student progress.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of goals and objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
  • Current California state licensure or eligibility for licensure.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
  • Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in a school or clinical setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
