Staff Accountant Salary: $70,000 - $85,000 Why This Opportunity Stands Out:• High-visibility Staff Accountant position with a growing, well-established financial services organization• Opportunity to work directly with senior accountants and finance leaders on complex projects and reporting initiatives• Clear promotion pathways into senior accounting, financial reporting, or analysis roles• Collaborative environment where the Staff Accountant is a true partner to operations, compliance, and client teams• Competitive benefits package with strong emphasis on professional development (CPA support, training, mentorship)• Balanced work schedule with opportunities for career advancement as the company continues to expand Key Responsibilities for the Staff Accountant:• Assist with month-end close, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis• Prepare financial statements and supporting schedules in compliance with GAAP and company policies• Support external audits by maintaining accurate records and providing necessary documentation• Partner with operations and client service teams to ensure accuracy in revenue recognition and expense reporting• Maintain and improve internal controls, accounting policies, and financial processes• Provide ad hoc reporting and analysis to support leadership decisions• The Staff Accountant will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial information across the organization Qualifications for the Staff Accountant:• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA track preferred• 2-4 years of accounting experience, ideally in financial services, public accounting, or a similar fast-paced environment• Strong understanding of US GAAP and internal controls• Proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP/accounting software• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams• A successful Staff Accountant will be analytical, motivated, and eager to take ownership of their work while growing within the company This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on Staff Accountant ready to step into a visible, high-impact role at a financial services firm that values initiative, accuracy, and professional growth. $70,000 - $85,000 #LI-AH1#ZRCFS#INDEC2025
