You’ll apply advanced engineering knowledge, make independent decisions on complex issues, and guide project teams toward successful outcomes. This role offers the opportunity to design purposeful, efficient solutions that meet the highest standards of quality.Key ResponsibilitiesLead mechanical engineering design, cost estimating, and calculations for complex projects.Prepare and oversee project documents, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget.Develop and implement improved engineering techniques and procedures.Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and direct design staff to achieve project goals.Partner with project managers to monitor progress, address challenges, and meet objectives.Attend client meetings to strengthen relationships and ensure project alignment.Mentor and supervise junior engineers, reviewing work for quality and accuracy.Maintain project and client records in the firm’s management system.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering.Registered Professional Engineer (PE) with 6+ years of relevant experience.Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit; strong knowledge of International Building Codes.Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.Interested in hearing more?
