Calling on Speech-Language Pathologists based in Fishers, IN, and who would like to work with middle school students Soliant is seeking a contract SLP to treat and case manage 5th to 8th grade students.

Caseload numbers are between 40-50--interested applicants can find out more about the position through a phone screening with Soliant representatives, followed by a direct interview with District administrators.

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communications Disorders
  • Indiana Speech-Language Pathology License
  • Department of Education clearance for SLPs


As a school-based SLP, you will:

  • Assess students referred for possible speech and language needs.
  • Provide individual and/or group therapy sessions for students with identified speech and language disorders.
  • Develop individualized education plans and present them to parents, school administrators, and others involved with student evaluations.
  • Consult with teachers, counselors, parents, nurses, and administrators on speech and language concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records for all students on the caseload.
  • Provide reports of a students progress to parents.
  • Organize student caseload and develop a schedule for each assigned school.
  • Develop resource materials for use in speech and language development.
