Title: Debt Collections Representative
Location: Marlton, NJSchedule: Monday-Friday
  • Two days: 9:15 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Three days: 8:00 AM – 4:45 PM
Pay Rate: $18-$20/hr
Key Responsibilities:
  • Reach out to consumers with past-due accounts and negotiate payment arrangements.
  • Ensure full compliance with debt collection laws and regulations.
  • Adhere to  collection scripts and processes for consistent results.
  • Document all activities accurately using our system.
  • Maintain empathy and professionalism while securing outstanding balances.
  • Handle a 40-hour work week with flexibility for varied schedules.

Requirements:
  • At least 12 months of experience within a debt collections call center environment.
  • Familiar with various debt collection computer systems, call dialer, and knowledge of FDCPA.
  • 3rd party debt collections experience a plus.
