Blazerjobs is seeking dedicated and skilled School Psychologists to join our team for the upcoming 2024-2025 school year in various supportive school districts throughout Yuma, AZ.
This full-time position offers the opportunity to work with students across different grade levels, providing essential psychological services to support their academic and emotional development.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to determine students' needs and eligibility for special education services.
  • Develop and implement intervention strategies to support students' academic, social, and emotional well-being.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
  • Provide counseling and crisis intervention services to students.
  • Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the development of student goals.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with school and state regulations.
Qualifications:
  • Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program.
  • Valid School Psychologist certification or license in the state of Arizona.
  • Previous experience working with students in an educational setting is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Work Schedule:
  • Start Date: 2024-2025 School Year
  • Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
