Description: The Systems Architect will assist with building a modern cloud-based system to replace an existing standalone, on premise, mission system. The cloud system will enable automatic, more efficient processing of large amounts of data for analysts to provide reports. 

Applicants should have experience:

  • developing and overseeing technical aspects of cloud system migrations, ensuring seamless transition and minimal downtime.
  • providing technical consultation to senior management with excellent briefing and writing skills. 
  • designing and implementing cloud architecture solutions on AWS with strong knowledge of AWS cloud security best practices and tools (IAM, KMS, CloudTrail, etc.).

  • with infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.).
  • overseeing the performance and reliability of a portfolio of cloud systems.
