The primary responsibilities include liaising between library staff/faculty and external vendors in the creation and fulfillment of purchase requests, receiving and processing all incoming materials in print and non-print format (which include firm orders, approval plans, use-driven, subscription orders and gifts) and entering invoice data for the UGA Libraries and Special Collections Libraries.
