Sales Support Specialist Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for supporting sales operations and building strong customer relationships? A well-established and growing metal fabrication company in the Chicago suburbs is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to join its dynamic team. About the Role As a Sales Support Specialist, you will play a key role in facilitating sales processes, managing customer communications, and collaborating across departments to ensure seamless order fulfillment. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working closely with both internal teams and external clients. Key Responsibilities Enter sales opportunities, quote requests, and orders into the ERP system Coordinate with sales representatives and leadership to support customer needs Collaborate with engineering, estimating, logistics, and purchasing teams Process final customer purchase orders and ensure accurate implementation Communicate order statuses and updates directly with customers Build and maintain long-term client relationships based on trust and responsiveness Assist in researching potential clients and supporting business development efforts Generate and maintain management reports Contribute to sales presentations and marketing materials Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Customer Service, or a related field Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills Experience with ERP systems preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Why You'll Love Working Here Be part of an innovative and expanding organization Collaborate with talented professionals across key departments Enjoy a competitive compensation and benefits package Make a meaningful impact in a company that values creativity and expertise #ZRCFS
