We are hiring an HVACMechanic to support our gated retirement community. The HVACMechanic is responsible for the overall maintenance of the heatingand cooling systems of the community. This position may requireStatelicensing/certification.

Compensation:$26.00 - $32.00 per hour

Pay ratecommensurate with experience

Pay Frequency:Bi-weekly

How you will makeanimpact:

  • Performinglight maintenance of all heating, cooling, and ventilationsystems.
  • Responding toemergency calls for system and equipmentfailure.
  • Inspecting,monitoring, and evaluating efficiency and safety of systems toensure trouble-freeoperation.

Whatyou willneed:

  • HighSchool or GED.
  • One tothree years experience in HVACmaintenance.
  • Abilityto implement all plans formulated by Engineering/MaintenanceManager.
  • Must have theability to adjust to new industry techniques and become familiarwith new equipment asrequired.
  • Must be ableto effectively communicate and work with residents andstaff
