This position is the“Communicator” of the ISE program to the Retailer and Vendor/Brokerpartners. Position owns representing the Company, our retailers,and our suppliers by effectively supervising and managing reset andproject work. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, quicklearner has a strong attention to detail, and is effective atleading and managing a geographically distributed team. Theymust possess excellent organizational skills, strong communicationskills, computer skills, and the ability to build relationshipswith business partners. Performs other duties as required andassigned.

- Provide effective leadership andmanagement to the team in the assigned geographic market byinterviewing and hiring candidates, on-boarding and training newassociates, managing performance and career development, managingconflict and personnel issues, and providing coaching, mentoring,and support.
- Develop a strong understanding of thebusiness model, including but not limited to Supplier and Retailerdetails and expectations, and the specific details of theset/project workprocesses.
- Actas the primary interface with Suppliers and Retailers in theassigned market to establish and manage business partnerships andgenerate new business.
- Direct and manage set/project work in themarket to completion, on time, and with high-quality results, andensure Supplier and Retailer expectations are beingmet.
- Manage retail billingfor Retailer mandates.
- Effectively and accurately work withvarious applications to develop and initiate set/project work,develop and distribute set/project work documentation andinformation, maintain profiles and assign set/project work, monitorprogress and status of set/project work, record and manage workmileage, work expenses, and work time and attendance, and completeand manage trainingactivities.
- Bachelor's Degree equivalentexperiencerequired
- 8+ Years of experience in progressivemanagement/supervisory experiencePrior broker, Retail,Retailer Service or Merchandising experiencepreferred
- Excellent Written & VerbalCommunication Skills
- Decision Making Skills; Ability toDevelop Strategic Plans to GrowBusiness
- Good InterpersonalSkills
