Summer Speech-Language Pathologist, Gresham OR

Calling on Speech-Language Pathologists seeking a summer contract in the greater Portland area Soliant has partnered with a school near Gresham, OR, and is seeking an SLP who can be available for about 25 hours per week.

Details below:

• 3-week contract, with 3 work days for planning prior to the start of the summer session
• ESY programs are offered at 1 elementary, 1 middle, and 1 high school.
• Hours are 8:45 AM to 12:45 PM for elementary schools, and 8 AM to 2 PM for the middle and high schools
• Applicants will predominantly be working with K-8 students
• Collaborate with instructional staff by offering speech consults, or usingvisual tools, AAC devices
• Offer compensatory minutes to some students

Speech-related duties will include:

• Providing individual and/or group therapy sessions for students with identified speech and language disorders, in accordance with their IEP recommendations
• Documenting treatment sessions for students with IEPs
• Provide reports of a students progress to parents.
• Organizingstudent caseload and developing a schedule for each assigned school.

Requirements:

• Oregon SLP license
