We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our school-based team in McKinney, TX. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping students enhance their motor skills, sensory integration, and ability to perform daily tasks to improve their overall school performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough evaluations to assess students motor, sensory, and functional abilities.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address each student's unique needs.
  • Provide direct occupational therapy services to students, both in individual and group settings.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to ensure an integrated approach to student support.
  • Participate in IEP meetings, offering valuable insights into students' progress and contributing to goal setting.
  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of student evaluations, treatment plans, and progress.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • Current Texas state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Previous experience in a school-based setting is preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
