Covenant Aviation Security (CAS) has an opening for a Trainer at Denver International AirportCAS is the premier provider of transportation security services to a number of airport authorities, select airlines and the federal government. We are responsible for the day-to-day security functions aimed at protecting the traveling public and the airport as a whole. Join our Team and be part of this important mission Essential Functionsü Conduct and document training activitiesü Implement training material in response to policy and procedure changesü Conduct routine workforce audits to assess workforce performance to CAS and client performance expectations; Provide corrective action as requiredü Communicate with various company departments to coordinate actionsü Remain current on policies and procedures to ensure up to date workforce trainingMinimum Qualificationsü Must be a minimum of 18 years oldü Minimum of one (1) year of site specific experience or airport regulated under 49. C.F.R. Part 1542ü Possess, or willing to obtain, a valid Security Guard License as defined by D.R.M.C. Article 5, Chapter 42ü Possess a state issued driver's license or a valid State Issued I.D. cardü Minimum of a high school diplomaü Must read, write, and speak English proficientlyü Must have previous experience in training, adult learning, testing/evaluation, and/or performance supportü Good computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPointü Must be able to identify and analyze problems; distinguishing between relevant and irrelevant information to make logical decisionsü Must be neat, well-groomed and present a professional appearanceü Must be able to work around the flexibility and changing schedules, including being available to work shifts throughout the day, afternoon, evening, and overnight, as require
