What You Will Be Doing

As the Sr Software Configuration Analyst you will impact everything from Status Accounting Activities to participation in Change Board meetings. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Performing Configuration Status Accounting using appropriate tools and inspections to verify all serialization and configuration requirements have been fulfilled to close logbooks upon hardware completion.

Conducting Status Accounting activities to monitor the relationship between the engineering design of the product and the actual hardware or software during the manufacturing build process.

Ensuring hardware is built to current engineering configuration.

Verifying all serialization requirements have been fulfilled prior to shipment.

Preparing serial/lot record sheets and input into the central database and maintain serial/lot identification records for each serially controlled item.

Inputting engineering changes into the central database.

Facilitating coordinated efforts of Manufacturing, Procurement, and Quality organizations.

Ensuring timely incorporation and proper documentation of engineering changes.

Acting as liaison concerning as-built configurations and serialization.

Participating in Configuration Change Board meetings and will help review and analyze engineering change data and track open items to ensure completion of change implementation activities.

Basic Qualifications:
- Active Secret Clearance with investigation within 5 years prior to start

-Windchill

- Configuration Status Accounting experience

- Must have Configuration Change Board (CCB) understanding including implementation activities.

-Data Management

- Experience in reading and releasing engineering drawings and documentation including bills of material.

- Proven ability in processing CDRLs in accordance with the Contract SOW, 1423s, and DD250s, and in accordance with the applicable Industry Standards.

- Experience with serialization of hardware and Item Unique Identification standards.

- Advance experience with Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access): including designing, developing, automating, and maintaining Access and Excel databases.

- Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.
Desired Skills:
- Experience with CM of hardware/software.

- Knowledge of and experience in the Logistics and Sustainment Engineering efforts of a Missile program.

- Experience with Product Data Management tools.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
