Position Overview:
Soliant is looking for someone who ispassionate about shaping the communication skills of our youngest learners. As a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist you willembark on an exciting mission to support our students' language development. Collaborate with a dynamic team of educators, parents, and professionals to ensure every student achieves academic and social success

Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify communication disorders in our preschool and kindergarten students, setting the stage for their linguistic journey.
  • Design and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each little learner, fostering their speech and language development.
  • Cultivate an inclusive learning environment where every preschooler and kindergartener feels empowered to communicate effectively, collaborating closely with teachers, parents, and specialists.
  • Provide direct therapy services to our youngest students, both individually and in group settings, igniting their communication potential.
  • Monitor and document student progress with precision, adjusting interventions as needed to ensure continuous growth and success.
  • Contribute valuable insights and expertise to Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings, ensuring that each student's communication needs are met with excellence.
  • Empower our teachers and staff with your speech and language expertise through engaging professional development sessions, fostering a community of support and growth.

Qualifications:

  • Possess a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Hold a MDstate license in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Boast the prestigious ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
  • Previous experience battling communication challenges in a school setting is a plus
  • Equip yourself with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
