As an intel management specialist, you’ll use your specialized functional experience and your attention to detail to support senior government and military leaders. As an Intelligence Management Specialist on our team, you’ll help your client monitor, organize, and manage operational tasks, reports, requirements, and workflows to enable readiness and situational awareness. Using your understanding of the DoD or IC and CCMDs, various intelligence functions, and operational support activities, you’ll coordinate, staff, and complete assigned taskings, prepare reports and briefings, and identify opportunities to enhance operational management. As a senior intelligence professional, your client will look to you for time critical recommendations, often under pressure.

You Have:

  • 8+ years of experience working in the DoD or IC
  • Experience providing office management, administration, and operations support services for senior defense and military officials
  • Experience with daily coordination, deconfliction, communications of tasks, administrative responsibilities, and managing key deliverables
  • Knowledge of effective communication and coordination procedures to facilitate command-level intelligence and information exchanges, engagements, conferences, working groups, and planning events
  • Knowledge of CCMD and subordinate organization’s structure, role, and command relationship
  • Knowledge of IC-standard intelligence tools, databases, techniques, platforms, and procedures
  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
  • Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

  • 12+ years of experience working in the DoD or IC
  • Experience supporting CCMD or component organizations
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills, including confidently interfacing with leadership
  • Master's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
