**Position:** School Speech-Language Pathologist

**Location:** Redmond, WA

**Job Type:** Full-time, Contract

**Responsibilities:**
- Provide speech and language therapy services to students ranging from preschool to high school.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students' needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress and educational goals.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of IEP goals.
- Utilize innovative therapy techniques and technology to enhance student engagement and outcomes.

**Qualifications:**
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
- Washington state SLP license or eligibility.
- Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
