Job Overview:
We are looking for a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our school-based team in Bayard, NM. The SLP will provide evaluation, therapy, and support for students with speech and language disorders, ensuring their academic success and communication development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform speech and language assessments.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Deliver direct therapy services to students.
  • Work collaboratively with educators, families, and support staff.
  • Keep accurate records and contribute to IEP meetings.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • New Mexico SLP license or eligibility for licensure.
  • ASHA CCCs preferred.
  • Previous experience in a school setting is a plus.
