Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team for a full-time, full school year contract in Barre, Vermont. The selected candidate will work with a diverse student population, providing speech and language services to help students achieve their communication goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students with speech and language disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each students needs.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in groups.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student progress.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide expert input on speech and language goals.
  • Stay current with best practices in speech-language pathology and implement new techniques as appropriate.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Vermont.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
